The staff were very helpful. William Apponte the receptionist was especially exceptional....making every effort to be supportive and to meke the visit to Santiago iitself interesting..

While the location allowed easy access to transport and amenities....it feltb somewhat unsafe just outside the hotel.

I'd stay there again.

The breakfast was excellent and the service was very helpful. I don't speak Spanish, but the staff was terrific in helping me cope with transportation and shopping questions. The location on line 1 of the metro made getting to both the city centre and the airport simple and the nearby plaza provided all my needs. The front desk even arranged my tours. I couldn't ask for more

The relation price/quality is remarkable. If you compare a hotel near the airport vs this hotel prices are the half. The staff was super friendly and available for any concern

The AC was not working well. The locations is not the best in the city, the bus terminas are near but the surroundings are not safe.

What was the highlight of Best Western Estacion Central

Helpful and thoughtful service and attention to detail.

I stayed in the hotel for three separate nights. As a 3-star hotel, its service is 5-star level. The front desk staff, especially William, went above and beyond to be helpful - from giving me a free upgrade to a suite, to calling the airline to double check my flight time so I didn’t miss the flight. The next morning, I was touched to find breakfast packages were prepared for all the early departing guests, including myself, without me even requesting it. All the staff I have met, front desk, security, restaurant, were so efficient and supportive in the typical Santiago way. I regret I did not get everyone’s name, otherwise I would thank them each. The rooms themselves were immaculate, with comfortable beds and new furnishings that exceeded my expectations. The location near the Santiago university metro, as well as a shopping mall, many small shops, and a major bus station. Thank all the hotel staff for making my time in Santiago so enjoyable - I will gladly recommend the hotel to any friends visiting Santiago!

Only 20 minutes from airport. They provided us breakfast box when we left early to catch our flight.

Pleasant and comfortable hotel if you want to be near the bus station

I liked its proximity to the bus station from where we were traveling the next day. Also liked that the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.the breakfast. The breakfast was very very good and the staff very friendly and helpful

Descent hotel in a less fortunate neighbourhood

The hotel is well kept and maintained with clean rooms. Staff was good to communicate with in English. Breakfast was pretty decent but for all 5 days there were no changes to the selections.

The location is in a less fortunate neighborhood, which many locals warned me about the potential danger. However, I did not sense or encounter major issues.

Pleasant and worth the money if you just need a nice clean bed and good breakfast before you had out to explore the city

Nice , clean, spacious room and comfortable bed, the breakfast was fresh and lots of choices. We originally booked a twin bed options as that was available at the time but they asked if we wanted double bed and gave us a room with that without any extra charge. On the last night our toilet got blocked but without any issues they just moved us to another room so thank you for that. ️ The metro/tube is literally 2 minutes down the road so is convenient to get to the center in like 10-15 minutes

Unfortunately the hotel itself is located in a bad neighbourhood, numerous local people even hotel staff said is really dangerous to walk around after it gets dark so dont do that. But is not the fault of the hotel

Excellent room, good service, delicious breakfast, and easy access location.

The location of the hotel is easy to access if you are traveling by car. The breakfast is delicious and varied The service is outstanding. The 24-hour reception in English is a plus. The accommodations and common spaces are clean and organized.

The parking lot does not accommodate the number of guests and the neighborhood is dangerous. During high season, you may have to pay for private parking outside the hotel (1 or 2 blocks away). Parking on the streets overnight is NOT recommended. The wifi is a bit unstable if you need it for online work meetings.
